Quite a few of the names you mention are also in my tree and it's branches, with Nathaniel DEAKES (or DEEKS/DEEKES etc) being my 7th-gr-grandpa.

Hi Jazz,  Lambert is one of my family names, mine were located around Takeley, Finchingfield and Hatfield Broad Oak, 1660s to around mid 1700s.  If you get stuck finding a Lambert ancestor's place of birth/baptism perhaps try Takeley, quite a few there from 1674 to 1810.  You will find a link on this Essex Board to transcripts of the Takeley Parish Registers which can be viewed on-line or downloaded.  Good luck
