1841 Census for St Saviour, Southwark lookup please
« on: Wednesday 19 October 05 08:08 BST (UK) »
If anyone has access to the 1841 census return for St Saviour, Southwark could they please see if there is a John Wilson aged 22 and his wife Elizabeth aged 21 living there. John was probably a jeweller or watchmaker.  They were probably married at this stage as their first son John was born in November 181.  Hi birth was registered in St Saviour, Southwark.  I am interested to know if they had any older children - or if they were living with other relatives.

Many thanks
Jenny

Hello

I'm doing a bit of housekeeping and noticed this older request.  Wondering if you are still looking for anything on this topic or you have resolved it in the meantime?  If you're still looking, this might be a tough one to find so do you have any further info to add that might assist finding them?

If we don't hear from you in a while, I'll assume the latter and move it to the 'completed' section.

Regards  :)
Biker

JennWales, if you have the address from the first child's birth I could take a look - the problem is there are a lot of John Wilsons aged about 20 in the Surrey area.

Hi JoRose,
Many thanks for your offer but please don't waste time looking as I've so little information on the family and it would be impossible to be certain that I had the right person.

Thanks again for your offer
Jenny
