FreeBMD (
http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/cgi/search.pl) has a death of Eliza Skippage in the Sept quarter 1852 in Linton registration district which includes West Wratting. There's also a marriage in the Dec quarter 1859 in Linton reg district between Charles Skippage and Mary Barker
The full 1851 should be back online in a couple of weeks – remind me then and I’ll see if Charles was living outside Cambs.
Regards
David
