Maybe you could put the noted "place of residence" from the certificate in case she was a servant there and only had to have the banns read in the village and was born in Greens Norton.

Thank you for the 1841 census and finding Thomas's father as well.
It seems my family likes the girls in Oxford better as I have a few families from Kings Sutton with Oxford wives.

As for Ann she is a mystery. She is with George in 1851 but not with him 1841. The only thing I can think of, if she did come from Oxford she might have gone home in 1841 for some reason.

Might have to try a census there see if I can track her down.

sorry didnt find anything at Banbury.

Did notice that Ann does give Green Norton on 1851 and 1861 census.

did find 2 deaths that might be them

Ann Wyatt 1879  age 74 Brackley Northants Vol 3b page 1
George Wyatt 1880 age 75  Brackley Northants Vol 3b page 2.

might be worth trying Northamptonshire Family History Society for a lookup

Byron if you see this message have you got access to Greens Norton if so could you look for the birth of Ann Blencowe b abt 1806 I would really appreciated it.

Ann also says she is born in Hamwell Oxon in the 1871.

Just looked back at original post about 1851 census and that said Ann was from Adderbury as well, not Greens Norton so not quite sure where Greens Norton comes into things 

Had a good look through Greens Norton just in case but didn't spot any Blencowes there at all

Sorry I couldn't help out with this one - perhaps you could try the Oxfordshire page
