I think that your William was christened with the surname Cullabine at Barlborough, slightly north west of Mansfield.  According to some records of dad's there were quite a lot (20) with this surname in the area from about 1750 onwards, so they probably tie up with our branch of the family at some stage, who were from Mansfield.

The card appears to be from the Mormons, it is numbered Page 6,411.

I can't work out the name of the parents from the card, but hopefully with this information you will be able to find out those details.

I have many Columbine relations in my tree, all discovered by my late father Edward Hugh Thomas.  Our oldest Columbine  (various spellings) Jonathan born around 1711 married in Sutton in Ashfield.  His son, also Jonathan, born 1754 married in Kirby in Ashfield.
His son Jonathan (born 1789) married his first wife in Blackwell, the second at Mansfield.
William born 1778  (christened in Skegby) married his first wife, Barbary Percival in  June 1798 (Sutton in Ashfield Parish register).
He married his second wife Hannah Truman in Sutton in Ashfield (Notts Family History marriage index)
Their sons George and Mrk were both born in Skegby (1851 census Worsborough) Abode end of Taylor Houses)
William born 1812 married Elizabeth (Bessie) Denton at Silkstone (but I'm not sure quite where he fits into at the moment.

In later life some of those who moved to Yorkshire said they came from Mansfield as a general area.  I hope this information helps other researchers find their missing links.  I'm happy to help if I can.
