guernsey emigrants to australia

Hi all,

I was hoping someone would have access to the book "Guernsey Emigrants to Australia 1828 - 1899" to look up a few people for me:

The people I am looking for are:

Nicholas De Garis, born Guernsey 16/08/1833
Mary Hamon nay De Garis born Guernsey 30/06/1835
Peter Hamon born Sark 1801
Julia De Garis born Guernsey 1837

and possibly

Georgina De Garis born Guernsey 1801
Nicoulas De Garis born ?

I know the first 4 all went to Adelaide (don't know which yr), unsure if the last 2 left the islands. I would just like to know what yr they left and any other info.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Nicholas arrived Adelaide on board "Lydia" 1853
19y Cabinet Maker, Son of Nicholas and Georgiana RAMSDEN
died 7 Dec 1913 unmarried.

Georgiana (widow) arrived Melbourne "Surprise" 1855 with Mary & Julia.

Julia married A. King at Adelaide 26 Oct 1857.
Georgiana d 15 Nov 1867 at Adelaide.

Georgiana in book not Georgina.

Also
Abraham - Adelaide 1857 m Mary ALLEZ.
Elisha - Adelaide 1854 m Mary ROBERT.
James Thomas, Louisa, Louisa Jane & Laura Anna - Adelaide 1855

That's amazing - someone actually answered me over a year later, I thought that post was dead and buried. Does the book contain further info such as marriage, deaths etc of the people from guernsey who came to australia? I actually found some of that info recently on this website:

The amount of detail varies. The book is a reprint of obituaries published in the Guernsey newspapers and only contains what was given to them.
