Hi All - I’m not sure what year the last messages were posted but hope you are still using the site!

I am the granddaughter of a George Jeffrey Shaw (born 1926), his father was George Henry Shaw. My Mum/Grandma said George Henry Shaw married Mary Gwendoline Fletcher (we think from Bole Hill farm). George Henry Shaw’s father was Alfred Shaw and was from Handley as far as we know (so I was interested when I saw you mention Handley).

I think there must be some connection but I can spot the right names ages in your information and conversation - let me know what you think!
