My hat comes off to Trystan & Sarah for making it such a fantastic day out. It was also great meeting a truly nice bunch of people "my fellow rootschatters".

The only suggestion for the next meeting is we ban Keith with this camera  ;D only kidding  ;D but one thing is for sure I need to loose 3 stone at least before the next one, I swear that big wheel slipped when I got in it.

I look forward to meeting you all again in the near future.

Regards
Ken

No. It will take a day or two. But I have started wrestling with my camera software.

Looked like a great day.  Thanks for posting the pix all.

I was there in spirit :-*

I don't think Tax accounting stands up to a nice pint with friends.

Mr Smith is looking very serious!

I hope to make the next one.

Pam

Hei,

I am sorry I cried off at the last minute. It looks as though you guys had a really great time. I ended up going to Dublin to see a friend. We had a very pleasant time and had a reasonable meal in a pub in the evening before I caught the 8.45 back to Belfast.

It felt a bit like a RootsChat Promotional trip. My friend, who lives in Co. Kildare, and I met a party of young American students. Four members of the party were interested in learning about their Irish roots and another person on the train coming home told me her parents are researching their roots. Some of these people may register as members.

Still working on the Irish event.

All the Best,

Chris

Hiya

Just got home through the snow, and is it snowing up there,

now you know why I don't have my photo taken a fat miserable looking cow,

When I do my pics I will post them....along with the real truth...  about the Gay Bars and the Hypnotist

and why I must pull a veil  over some of it  :-X

I will get you back for those photos Keith :P

A truly fantastic time with Rootschatters who are even better in person than on the site.

Big Thanks Sarah and Trystan for your hard work,

Jakky.

Jakky.

Hi Jakky,

Glad you got home safely - snowing here as well!

Maybe it's a good job some people don't have decent batteries - hope you left your camera in Manchester!!  ;D ;D

What it is to be the life and soul of the party - just remember I haven't posted ALL the photos  ;)

Cheers

Keith
