I AM TRYING TO GET INFORMATION ABOUT MY GRAND PARENTS.MY GRANDMOTHERS MAIDEN NAME WAS ROSE ANN ROLEYOR ROLLEY OR ROWLEY,I AM NOT SURE.
I THINK SHE WAS BORN IN LIVERPOOL IN 1896.DIED IN SOUTH SHIELDS 1975.I WOULD ALSO LIKE HELP IN FINDING WHEN SHE MARRIED MY GRANDFATHER JOHN FRANCIS ELLIS.HE WAS IN THE ROYAL NAVY AT THIS TIME AND SERVED FOR 41YEARS.MY MOTHER WAS BORN IN 1919 SO I ASSUME THEY MARRIED PRIOR TO 1919.
ANY INFORMATION ON THIS WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

 A good starting point would be to get a copy of her birth cert which will give her fathers name and mothers maiden name.
