I inverted it and rubbed out what I could see of "Coffee" and although it's not real clear I reckon it does say "business".  What do you lot think?

It was UKGirl's suggestion that the word started with "BU" that got me thinking...and also that the word over the top was COFFEE and therefore the last two letters were the EE from coffee, and not attached to the original word...so really, it's all UKGirl's work!   :)  :)  :)
