Anthony Higgins b 1902 Kells arrived in New York in June 1934.
His person in Old Country was John Higgins brother Kells.
He had been back in 1934.

https://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Meath/Kells_Urban/Maudlin_Street/719440/

There's a lot of records for Anthony in US but no clues to his sister or Loseby.
He seems to have friends named Tobin also from Meath.

No help at all really.
All other Genealogy sites seem to have drawn a blank with Higgins Loseby marriage.

John Higgins born 23 August 1894.

On the 1926 census, he gives his age as 29yrs 11mths, whereas it's actually 31yrs 5mths.

Lots of records on Anthony in the USA nothing  matching with his sister
I noticed on the 1911 Census she is recorded as a maid boarding with James Herbert Whittle Retired Grocer and she ends up as Grocer/Fruiter
