Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing for blood relatives of Pvt William Charles Oldfield - Cheshire Regiment - died 16 March 1918 - buried Helsby Cemetery.

The private memorial marking the grave of Pvt Oldfield no longer provides adequate commemoration. The Commission proposes installing a headstone on his grave.
