Oh BumbleB...
but back in the day, we always had a late afternoon delivery....
in addition to the morning and midday ones!
Yep, times change!

I see our postman in the village quite early on in the day… but we never get our post until mid afternoon!

I think he delivers all those timed deliveries first. He’s very good about taking letters for us, just leave them outside the front door and he collects them.. lovely chap.. strong Scottish accent sometimes hard to understand so I just nod and say yes.. 😂.

6.30pm is quite late though didn’t think they worked that late!

What a lovely day ,got some light gardening done, most enjoyable.
BUT, I can’t find my special rake for artificial grass, collecting leaves, etc.
It has rubber tines, so won’t cut the strands .
It is possible it has been stolen! I probably left it in the back garden near the gate , it is odd to,use as it can bounce if not handled properly.

My own fault.

Seemingly my emails are not getting through to my daughter and grand daughter  ,and I can’t delete anything ————
Otherwise all is O,K.

How lovely to be back to normal once again, many thanks to the team for your efforts .
Cheerio folks , we all mean quite a lot to each other don’t we.
Viktoria.

We certainly do Viktoria. Looking back to the lockdowns I found it such a a dreadful time and one of the few things that kept me going was the friendship of other Rootschatters, people I hadn't even met but who felt like real companions. You lovely people saved my sanity.

Another lovely sunny day, I can't believe it!  Did all my washing yesterday (3 loads) and ironed everything, too.

The garden is full of cheerful daffodils and the primroses are having a second bloom.  They are such good value (and yellow is my favourite colour, so Spring is the best time for me in the garden).  The weeping flowering cherry is in full bloom and as I walk around the village I see lots of other blossoming trees and bushes.  I have seen a couple of bumble bees and some ladybirds, so our insect life is waking up.  We don't use any chemicals on the garden, but our neighbour has a huge fruit and veg garden, and we fear that he may do some spraying around it, which could drift over to our patch.  Birds are noisy, too, but there don't seem to be as many of them as we would like (apart from two dratted pigeons!).

I have not had problems logging in.

The only glitch is that every time I log into RC, it needs to verify I am not a robot!? 🤔🤖👾.

So you can see it thinking and eventually then telling me I am.human, which is nice to know!  😁
