It shows Ann Fortt registered in the Abbey sub-district in 1847, aged 80.
John Fortt in Lansdown subdistrict in 1842, aged 88.

Seems to know the couple's children and deaths -  it's prior to their marriage in 1789 that Jason Jase is looking for help, when records were only in parish registers. Let's hope he comes back ....

Finding the right Ann Bishop is the biggest problem.
But there is still the 1841 census puzzle. We have a possible John Fortt, but the Ann with him is 25

Bath Chronicle 17th February 1842 mentions the theft of a door from a property in Odd Down that belongs to Mr Fortt of Milsom Street 

What surprises me is that there is no mention in the Bath papers of John or Ann's death or wills for them

Maybe that is Ann at Odd Down and the enumerator mis read her age.  It does say N for bn in County

In 1841 I believe ages were rounded down?

IF she died in 1847 at the age of 80, that means she was probably born 1767 as OP has said - but lots of people didn't know their exact age back then.
In 1841 she'd have been 74 or 75 depending on the date of her birthday and the date of the census (I can't remember that) .
I wonder if the enumerator wrote a 2 instead of a 7 ?? Though his 7s are rather different....probably wishful thinking

I was only doubting the entry as I had a similar problem with one of my trees yesterday - census gives an age of 85 which would tie in with a baptism I have -burial/death the same year says 94 
I know it is the correct person, her husband died 2 years earlier at the same address and his age was 85 - I don't have his baptism/birth.  This was in 1841 and their last child was bn 1805

Decided to look at the naming pattern for John and Ann's children - why did they call their first son William and first daughter Harriet? I wondered whether they might be Ann's parents...

And why was no son called Joseph (since the OP has him as John's father married to an Elizabeth on the FS tree)? Perhaps they fell out !

After the three daughters Harriet, Elizabeth and Honour came a son Thomas, so perhaps he was Ann's father ! But there are lots of Thomas Bishops to look at!
