New Make Over For Geogre Please

I would really appreciate a make over for my grandfather George Harding, it is the only know photo of him, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much loord74, that is excellent I can really see my dad in his father, it's the only photo we had of him and he passed away in 1925, so the photo was in very poor condition
