I've been finding Ancestry Pro Tools shared matches to be getting slower.
The "wheel" rotates many times when clicking on a new name and also when going back to the list. I check daily for myself and others' DNA I manage and it's slow on all accounts, different browsers, different PCs and different Internet Providers.
I "chatted" with Leaf, the AI bot that just told me some technical stuff I already know.
In comparison, My Heritage zips along really well when checking shared matches, triangulation, has the chromosome browser and sorting. (Total Shared DNA, Shared DNA with you and Shared DNA with the match)
Are any others finding this with Pro Tools shared matches?
