Would anyone be able to tell me what the maiden name on the attached record is please (the one in brackets after the name Anna Murphy).

Did the baptism occur in the UK, if so which country is it from?

Long shot on Family Search site if you follow the mothers link it shows her Name as "Annae Partland" although I am not saying this correct but looks right and agree with Tickettyboo above
