I had to resort to ironing yesterday, I was so bored
Berks / Oxon: Eltham, Annetts, Wiltshire (surname not county), Hawkins, Pembroke, Partridge
Dorset / Hants: Derham, Stride, Purkiss, Sibley
Yorkshire: Pottage, Carr, Blackburn, Depledge
Sussex: Goodyer, Christopher, Trevatt
Lanark: Scott (soldier went to Jersey CI)
Jersey: Fowler, Huelin, Scott

I'm long retired, but whoever wrote software that provided a facility to generate an error message as unhelpful as DATABASE ERROR, should not work on aeroplanes.
