My new trait - oh I'm so excited to find out !
« on: Monday 23 February 26 15:44 GMT (UK) »
Just had a message from Ancestry - I've got a new trait!
Had to check it out straightaway - it could be important
And it was!

I was more likely than average to have a double toenail ! Except I haven't. my toenails are quite normal.

Why does Ancestry waste time and presumably money on this useless trivia?

Yorkshire: Pottage, Carr, Blackburn, Depledge
Sussex: Goodyer, Christopher, Trevatt
Lanark: Scott (soldier went to Jersey CI)
Jersey: Fowler, Huelin, Scott

I certainly will. But I reckon if I haven't got it now I'm in my seventies, I never will.

So just a young slip of a girl then! There is still plenty of time.

I don't read my 'traits' now, since I received one saying I was likely to be ticklish!

Lancashire, West Yorkshire, Southern Ireland, Scotland.

Less likely to own a pet was my favourite useless one of all, I can think of several things that influence that and DNA was never on the list.

The most I have is two cups per day (some days none at all) and I like it quite weak.
