The Wm Leahy mentioned in the will was this one on the 1880 census living at Grand St Nr 6th Street in 1880.

Mary Leahy 14 Daughter

This is Mary Pierson listed in the obit on Court Street. Hoboken in 1880

You are incredible! I just found the wills probate for John Leahy & was starting to link up the names/addresses to see what I could find. Thank you for all your work on this, I so appreciate your help.
