Hello All
Roobarb, your weather forecast came good here today

(still a lot of filthy mud about over the field) but had a walk this afternoon

I am promoting you to Voluntary Weather Forecaster-in-Chief (V. W. F-in-C)

My itchy inflammation rash, which came on mid September (right forearm and began to spread to left forearm) has started to disappear in the last two weeks and now only a lightish scar and rough feeling skin now. But it will go pinky red in the shower, so there must be something in the water triggering an immune response, but once dry, it fades and is steadily going.
In the last few weeks I have been hitting the Proteolytic foods hard, because it had calmed a bit then come back worse.
Proteolytics are protein-digesting enzyme foods, that neutralise too many proteins that flow in the blood (during an immune response) and convert them into amino acids (amino acids are the building blocks to life and repair).
Nausea last few days pretty bad and awful nausea today (I get nausea with any immune response, noticed it in the 1980s) and I felt fuzzy in my frontal lobe earlier today which has calmed a bit now.
I was feeling so sick, but hungry this evening (skipped dinner I felt so nauseous). After the walk I fancied some fried chopped onions done in my Organic Butter, but once they were done, I thought I might as well crack 3 eggs, grate some cheese and add milk, then beat it and bake it until set.
End result in photo

A good half has slipped down a treat (tasted delicious) nausea calmed and now tired ready for bed

Hi Viktoria, I like the "
I will have to have my hair done!" to go before the panel or whatever.
Perhaps they just want proof you are still around

and we are pleased that you are

Surely your identity and a recent Pensions Letter with your address on it, is enough to prove things.
These authorities make people jump through hoops to get an entitlement and when struggling with health and trying to look after oneself and keep home tidy and clothes washed and dried, it is just another necessary nuisance to deal with.
L.M., yes, my one Guinness was very alcoholic

I am trying to boost something similar to estrogen.
The nearest is phytoestrogens
"
Guinness, like other beers, contains phytoestrogens derived from hops, notably 8-prenylnaringenin (8-PN), which is considered one of the most potent plant-based estrogens."
So when they say Guinness is good for you [in moderation], it probably is for some.
Women generally live longer and it is believed to be due to their level of estrogen.
Women have two X chromosomes when born (XX)
I also discovered the Woman has some type of a reserve immune system (like a back-up)?
Perhaps the NHS rather than dishing out all this prescription medication with known side effects, perhaps they'd be better off saying here is a Guinness Voucher, have a pint on us

Take Care All, Mark
