Word in Marriage Register 1709

Hi
I'm finding it difficult to transcribe the word highlighted. The a in the word parish looks like an e and is completely different to the a in Saddleworth, Jane and Gartside.
It looks like '& artifide from Saddleworth' to me.
Thank you
Karen

In the first line of this and the record beneath he spells it:
perish
It's just normal spelling variation for the time.
The word of interest is:
certifide
Apparently someone or something has certified Jane's place of residence, settlement or origin.
