However, I am confused as to how. Marriage is said to be from Ossory MLs, but not listed in

I should be clear that when I say that RootsIreland have your answer, I mean with respect to the marriage. It appears that the original marriage licences for Ossory must survive, as they don't draw on an index entry.

Yes - I believe what RootsIreland have are details from the licence, not a marriage register entry.
