Does anyone know much about Germany & Austria, Directories of Military and Marine Officers, 1600-1918 which is on Ancestry

I am looking at

Name   Theodor Endletsberger
Gender   männlich (Male)
Army   K· u· k· Heer und Kriegsmarine, 1808-1912
Military Service Date   1896
Military Place   Deutschland
Publication Year   1896, (also 1897, 1898 and 1899)
Publication City   Wien, Deutschland

I am wondering how to tell if it is the same as Dr Theodor Albrecht Carl Endletsberger who married in Vienna in 1896. Had at least one child, possibly two and then came to NZ on his own in 1906. He was naturalised here in 1911  He was interned during WW1 but not until 1916.  His naturalisation was revoked.
He married again here in 1920.   [I do not need any of the NZ information]

He is supposed (Newspapers) to have lived 25 years in England prior to coming to NZ, and as well said he had an English mother. None of which seems to be true as far as I can tell.

Austrian Marriage 1896 - Translation of the German
« Reply #3 on: Friday 13 February 26 08:26 GMT (UK) »
I would really appreciate it if someone could translate the record of marriage of Theodor Albrecht Carl ENDLESTBERGER to Maria Anna Theresia Lucie EBENSTEIN  in Vienna 20 June 1896

it is on Ancestry in the Vienna, Austria, Catholic Church Registers, 1600-1998 data set, which I think would be much easier to look at if available. I attach images, but the writing is very small and having to reduce to upload has made it even worse.
