Thanks Peter. I did hear back from Sarah on another matter at the same time.
I am aware of mods having their own lives.  I am leaving the forum after being a member
since 2004. I have enough issues of my own to deal with.
Thanks for your advice.

This was my message to Sarah yesterday.

Sandy, sincere wishes to you in coping with the issues on your plate. Perhaps you'll be able to return here at same point. I think it's a great website with most people being friendly and polite, sadly not all that common today.

Cheers,
Peter

Thanks Peter.

I know Rootschat has been a life line to me and more importantly Sarah who is co-owner of the site.

It was a hard decision but necessary. All the best to all the rootchatters.

Sandy

Hi Sandy,
I'm so sorry to hear that you have decided to leave Rootschat  :-\ You have been on here a couple years longer than I have which is a long time. I can't comment on your decision to leave only to say that maybe you should just take a break for a little while.
The trouble with messages as well as emails is, that the content can be ambiguous and the meaning can often be misconstrued.
The Moderators must have a lot of work to do behind the scenes and therefor it takes time for them to get round to answering queries. I think that you have just been unlucky that the person didn't see the benefits what can be achieved.
Unless the person is named and the photo isn't recent then there shouldn't be a problem.
Stay with us, its a great playground with a lot of friendly helpful people, and a place to connect with them during this cold, wet and miserable time of year.
Great photo and I love the Charabanc  8)
Keep Smiling  :)
Carol
