William Walter of Combe St Nicholas. he owns a mill there and seems to own several grinding stones across Somerset. This has been a struggle but I have only one place left to work out:
Again I Give unto my Grandson Samuel Horsey the Sum of five pounds to be paid by my
Executrix hereafter named in Order to place him as an
Apprentice when he shall attain the Age of thirteen years
Again I Give unto my Son Samuel realtor the Sum of Ten
pounds to be paid by my Executrix hereafter named in
one year after my Decease- Again I give unto my Son
John Walter my Grinding Stones in the following Towns
at Dunster Castle, Minehead, Watchett Tiverton and
xx xxxx.
Again I Give unto my Son Stephen Walter all that my
Cottage house and appurtenances under Combe Hill
Any thoughts? Thanks

It starts with a C as that matches the C in 'Combe' below it.

St Colmes?
There are various St Colme roads etc but I can’t find an actual place. Perhaps a variant of St Columb?

I was assuming it had to be on a river to power the water wheel but I still can't think of anywhere in Somerset or Dorset border that matches.

Could it be anywhere near Culmstock? It's on a river. Perhaps the chapel might have been called St Culms?

Good point. It could well be in the Culm Valley.

The places seem to be getting further away, viz Tiverton, any chance it could be St Columb, in Cornwall, easy shipping by sea, and it sounds like they may be an investment? Not at mill, just quality stones?
