Hi All
I have taken so long typing this that Mare, Caroline and L.M., have posted, so I will read later.
ADDED:
And Viktoria 1 minute just before I went to save a 2nd time.
Louisa, Just going to the Bus Terminus and getting a bus that takes you to an unplanned place is interesting, but a Summer / good weather escapade now, for me.
Does anyone remember being so excited when we got the 1881 Census on a load of CD ROMs (about the year 2000) and you had to book to see them due to the high demand.
You have reminded me to get my TV Licence.
I don't go in person to our Meetings, I get the vision and sound down the phone wire, there is enough Winter germs circulating to keep the immune system challenged.
I can also get Scientific seminars, to get the very latest thinking into medical conditions of the brain and digestion system.
I was given very bad news 25 years ago this March and have past the longest life expectancy 5 years ago for this condition!
Since 2001 I have been looking for the latest information on natural nutrients and the basic workings of the body, including how and what nutrients can stimulate regrowth, renewal of cells and neurons and what foods and all the medications to avoid.
I have to admit I'm a boring geek at times who always did his Homework in full, we were taught Science by a proper Scientist and he made lessons so interesting!
Our Physics and Geography Teachers at School were also brilliant.
I have recently gifted two metres of shelved books to two Air/Aviation Archives and also the Air Ambulance Shop.
One is probably the only known surviving Copy of the Air Force Regulations (about 3,800 Regulations) for that year and was gifted to an Air Museum. Sadly the binding was damaged and the cover was marked on purchase (it looked to have been well consulted by the Officer), so they wanted some photos of the cover, the binding and the pages inside and the Museum Committee decided to accept it.
The late Officer's Name was on the cover, so they had some research on him I had done as well.
As a young man I was one of those who said why or how does this work, always questioning everything and trying to find out information and alternatives.
When I was a Teenager, I'd have my head stuck in Haynes Manuals and Official Ford Manuals and doing my own car repairs, engine overhauls, but have avoided all that from the late 1990s.
Still very tired, nausea gone from last night, had a Breakfast Tea, a small Red wine a Kiwi Fruit then several hours more sleep til about 9:30 am and just had a Heated Organic Milk drink from lightly roasted ground Cacao beans.
I'll have a Ginger Green tea now, some walnuts, one piece of 90% Dark Cacao Chocolate, another Kiwi Fruit, full of natural Vitamin C, also K and E with potassium and anti-oxidants and wash a few strawberries and Blueberries and make a bit of porridge from my organic oats.
Take care all, Mark
