Looks like its the forty fifth year of the reign of George III which is:
25 October 1804 til 24 October 1805

Thanks, that makes sense. Does the date read "twelfth day of February"? Looks like it to me.

What is the date of the document?
Have you looked anywhere else for Hattill Arnold?

Are you looking for more information re Mr Arnold or a ‘translation’ of the document?
Really I'd like a transcription of the document, as I mentioned, ChatGPT manages some of it and I'm struggling with the rest. Unfortunately I don't have access to the original document at the moment.

The background is that Thomas Chilton appears to have been the first owner of our local pub, around 1809. So this Indenture looks like the sale of his properties in the village, to Thomas Eagles Bartlett and Hattill Arnold, to possibly finance the purchase (or building) of the pub.

Yes the 12th of February which would be 1805.
