Ann EADES was baptised in 1814 in Butleigh, Somerset, daughter of William, a labourer, and Elizabeth.  They also had a daughter named Eliza baptised in 1820.

Had a look in the newspapers for the name and the only thing I could find was Eliza's death notice in a couple of London papers in 1861.

She did also appear in a London Directory in 1860, running a lodging house at 25 Welbeck St, Cavendish Square, which is where she died.

Also found the daughter Lizzie returning to England from New Zealand in early 1922. She may have been there during 1921 census. Haven't found her leaving England as yet either so she may have left prior to 1901 as can't find her in 1901 or 1911 either.

Thanks SS. That'll be why she is not in the 1921 census.
