it seems the "deaths" at the top right aren't actually deaths, the entries look like the same format as the marriages to me so I wonder if theres like, something behind the book? Thanks so much 
The note saying "Deaths" is many pages away! It is not for the page you are looking at.
There is a deaths section later in the same register.
