Mount St Mary Beaumont boarding school leeds
« on: Saturday 03 January 26 14:57 GMT (UK) »
I am undertaking a family tree for a friend. Have found her mother on the 1939 register of the Mount St Mary beaumont boarding school.

Can anyone advise if there is a site that provides information on pupils from the 1939 era?

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Good luck - if you don't try then you won't succeed!!!

I am not sure I have the right school really, I can’t find mention of ‘Beaumont’,  but was it an orphanage at the time?
If so, you could try https://catholic-care.org.uk/ re any records.
