It's on the 2 censuses 1881 and 1891.
I don't have him before or after that.

Thanks.  There is a John Sellwood in Salisbury, not yours as 30 in 1841, not born Wilts.

Not sure how common a name it was, sometimes Sillwood but the name is evident in the right area.
