Help with will of William Brown Part 1

This is where i have got to:

In the name of God Amen I William Brown of Chard in the County of Somerset Linen Cloth maker xxxx and making void all wills by me at any time before made, Do this third Day of April in this year of our Lord, One thousand Seven hundred and Eighty Eight make this my last will and testament in manner and form following that to say first xxxxxxxxx of one thousand pounds was given to my wife Joan Brown from her laté Sister Susanna, xxxx in six months after Thomas
xxxxxxxxxx   deceased her said husband out of an estate called Candlegrove in the parish of Pittminster  as by her said will and marriage writings will more fully appear I therefore give and bequeath the said Hundred pounds
when it shall become due  but and payable to Ann Brown my daughter and William Brown my son share and share alike but if

Part 2:

but if either of them should die before that period then to the survivor of them also  I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ann Brown the sum of fifty pounds to be paid her in twelve months after my decease and my wifes also  I give to Joan my present wife all the rest residue and remainder of my estate and efforts of what nature so ever they are or be of where and shall besieged I give devise and bequeath unto my son William Brown his xxx Executors or administrators and in case of my said son’s death before he shall attain to the age of twenty one years and leave no lawful xxx (heir?) then my will is that my Estate called Hall shall go to my daughter’s eldest son if any so soon as he shall attain the age of twenty one years If she should leave no son then to her

then to her eldest daughter in like manner  The rest of my effects and money if my son  Thomas happens to die as aforesaid before he arrives at the age of twenty one years and leave no lawful heir (sic) to go to my daughter Ann after her mother’s death under the same trusts and subject to the same restrictions as the last five hundred pounds mentioned in her marriage writings which is share and share alike amongst her children and I hereby constitute ordain and appoint my said wife Joan Executor of this my last will and testament to the same duly performed until my son William shall arrive at and attain the age of twenty five years after that period to xxxxx to my said son in witness whereof I the said William Brown the Testator have to this my last will

Many thanks.  Understanding the will has allowed me to refute some of the errors on ancestry's offerings from other peoples trees!  It gives me the son's ages, his children, a link to the Hall estate which is now Chardleigh Green near Chard amongst other things.
