Maybe the few trees on Ancestry got the names round the wrong way
You would think if this is Hubert's parents he would have been with them on the 1901 census

There is a birth registered on GRO - JACKSON Henry - no MMN - 1889 Aston Dec Q Vol 06D page 203.

I appreciate we are looking for a birth for Hubert - but Henry is his middle name, maybe the name Hubert was added later.
