Photo dating please - Post Office, Kidlington, Oxfordshire

Is anyone able to put an approximate date to this photo? My wife's grandparents, Alfred and Evelyn Duval, took on the Post Office around 1922 but we think think the photo may be earlier?

It would help us to date it if you showed us the back, Is it a postcard?

Unfortunately I don't have the original, the owner said it was stuck in an album. Pretty sure it's a photo and not a postcard.
