Annie Livesey b. 20 September 1914 Blackburn
Parents - James Livesey and Elizabeth Ann Leeming.

I am trying desperately to find a marriage for her but there are so many choices, she may have had a child called Tom and lived in the Blackburn area.

Cross referencing 1930s Blackburn marriages with 1939 register entries for Annies in Blackburn born 20/9/1914:

She's there as Annie Craig with William Craig.

Annie Livesey married William Craig in 1935. 

She later changed her name to Hornby (remarried?)
