Mr Google says :-

Philips Park Cemetery in Manchester, UK, has a significant non-conformist section (often Section 101), established as a non-consecrated area popular with dissenters, featuring simpler graves and a marked site for a former mortuary chapel, contrasting with more ornate Anglican burials. It's known for hosting notable nonconformist figures and offers simpler, plain grave designs reflecting its distinct religious heritage.

Don't have a specific reply to your question, but try this free site, which has details for many of the Manchester burial grounds -

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Yes, a big area ,on the right side past the war memorial to the entrance to the bridge over the river Medlock, which leads into Philip’s’ Park on the right.
My paternal grandparents are there .
Near the big entrance gates is the grave of a survivor of Rorkes’Drift ——- Zulu-in a paupers’ grave. ——-“ Jones “I think his surname .
