The will of Francis Stonier, 1721

Another will, and parts once again in Latin. I have made an attempt, but have been defeated by some bits. Help is needed to fill in the blanks and for any corrections to my transcription.

The first bit I have as:

It isn't a will but an administration bond completed as part of the probate process.  We often see these when the testator died intestate but it appears that in this case there was also a will.

I have done a full transcript of the first Latin section, except for two words where the exact spelling wasn't clear to me.

I've also translated the important parts of this section.

I have transcribed the second Latin section.

The main addition to your knowledge from this is that power was reserved to Richard Stonier the natural and legitmate son of Francis Stonier.  Richard was the other executor also named in the will.

I may have some word endings wrong.  I thought some might be -ae, but evertually changed them all to -e.

Excellent job by HD, as always.

For what it's worth, in line 2 it is probably de ijsdem = from the same [parish and county] (plural).

In the probate clause, it's Tuic(i)o (nominative).

At the end, I don't understand why 'Francisca' was sworn - surely it should be Elizabetha (the widow)? Clerical error?

I think John Husband may be Sur(rogato) rather then 'senior' ?
