born in Perth 28th March 1959

I am trying to find any details about my cousin  born in Perth 28TH March 1959
His father was Earnest Taylor and his mother Alice Maxfield they were both from England and moved to Australia before Keith was born.
Earnest passed away in 1981 and his grave was at Palmyra, City of Melville, Western Australia I don't know when Alice passed.
I have never been able to find anything about Keith if anybody can find anything it would be greatly appreciated.

There is a man of that name, with the middle name Maxwell (mother's maiden name?) in the electoral rolls 1977 at Melville WA and 1980 at Palmyra Freemantle.
Also on the ABN in WA in 2004.

I would like to thank the people who have helped me so far. I think the information about Alice will be correct I will follow it up.
The information on Keith with middle name Maxwell is very interesting and could be correct if he had a middle name I would not have necessarily have been given this information could you please tell me what the ABN is.
