Bernard McLaughlin New Brunswick 1886
« on: Saturday 13 December 25 22:37 GMT (UK) »
I am seeking information on the following,

My search is around  Bernard McLaughlin, born in Donegal, Ireland, around 1829.

He died around 1886/90. In King's New Brunswick, and I would appreciate it if some kind administrator or Roots colleague could please inform me how I could access possible Wills for that period in the stated area of Canada for the death period mentioned.

Also, following the death of Bernard, it is believed that his burial is believed to have been "White Mountain" Cemetery.

It is known that following the death of Bernard, his wife, namely Rose, relocated to Massachusetts and died there in 1914.

Around 1904, it is known that Rose arranged for the remains of her late husband to be exhumed and re-interred at St James Cemetery, Holy Cross parish, Whitman, Massachusetts.

I am seeking information as to how I may find an application for permit permission (for want of a better word) to exhume and transfer the body of Bernard from New Brunswick for reburial at Whitman.
I have received previous information on Bernarnd for which I am very appreciative, and likewise, I will continue to be appreciative of anything around what I now request.

Regards

Probate records for NB are held at the provincial archives. Those for Kings Co do survive:
