Margaret married Aug 1937, the photo of the child is dated just over 2 years later in Jan 1940.

So either that photo isn’t Stella or she wasn’t born Brew so her death may not be registered as Brew.

She doesn't look any older then 11 or 12 years old in this photo

She looks much younger than that to me.
Could she have been born before the marriage?
Was she raised by the couple?

Could the photo be of the lady mentioned in your other thread. Theobald is in the same household as her and her husband in the electoral registers.
She was born in the right period.

All I can say is what my dad's cousin told me and she heard it from her dad but by the way she told me she wasn't sure if what her dad told her was true or not
