Hello I am looking for any information on James Bird who married Mary Elizabeth Powers in Clifton, Bristol in 1866. Was he the son of Willam Bird and Elizabeth Dicks.

Bit of a side track but 2nd Wife of James was Ellen Delahunty.
Marriage Reg June 1876 Cardiff.
Cant see anything on line for it though.
1851/1861 she is easy to find.
1921 FrancIs Bird, 50, Visitor, Daughter-In-Law  is with her.
1911 she is with Mary J Ryall nee Bird, no children born to her.

Possible Death Reg for Mary Elizabeth Bird nee Powers;
Deaths Dec 1874

If June 1876 Death Reg is James they werent married long.

Helen/Ellen must have been quite a Woman to take on his younger children and also adopt another unrelated child.
