This is the man who died in 1954. Marriage in 1933 to Martha R Bush (previously married 1910 as Bearman)

Sadly the £3 gro digital 1954 death image not available. If he did remarry 1939 Jessie Emily died 1946 in Croydon, but does not appear in Surrey electoral registers.

Well found Comberton - that must be Arthur as two of the mourners E J Sorrell and Mrs P Radley (sister Amelia married a Percy Radley)

Looks like it could be the right Arthur  I will do just a little more investigation as there is an E J Sorrell mentioned in the newspaper article & he had a brother Ernest John.  Also a Radley - his sister Amelia married one Percy Radley.
