Request: Old picture of Possil Park Parish church?

Hello all,
I'm new to Rootschat.com and would like to say hi.
I'm researching my grandmother's family history as she herself says she doesn't think she has much longer
and I'd love to find a photograph of Possil Park Parish church in its original form where her own parents were married in 1930. A google search only has a modern looking building which it is hard to imagine being the same place.
A search on Newspapers.com only turned up a closing service in the late 1980s so I am hoping someone has something they could share from before then?
Many thanks in anticipation of any replies
Take care,
Suzi

Hi, and welcome to RootsChat
Have you thought about asking the Glasgow City Archives if they have a photo of the church?
https://www.glasgowlife.org.uk/libraries/city-archives
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

Hi Forfarian, and thank you for welcoming me.
No, I hadn't thought of asking them. Thank you for the link, I'll see if they can help and I'll post an update here if I get anywhere 😊bw, Suzi

Would any relatives have photographs of the wedding that might show it?

There is a picture of it on the Virtual Mitchell site.
I've checked nls maps and this is shown as the site of Possilpark Parish Church on the 1969 map.
