Hello Viktoria
Sending a loaf of bread to a household of one with that day's date on, is pretty awful!
Bread does not last and often needs to be in the freezer the day before the BBE date (provided it has been kept out of the sun).
Delivered bread needs 3 - 4 days BBE on it.
I'd telephone and mention the date and that you would like a refund, but it is getting round to it and sometimes phoning can be made difficult ...
I rang Lincs County Council a voice operated system and everytime I said the answer, it couldn't work out what I had said.
The Telephonist answered in the end, no I cannot put you through, you have to tell me and I write it into an email as you speak and send it now. The poor woman sounded like she was being asked to do a lot.
I said my query and thank you, but next time I will email the Department direct.
Anyway, I didn't quite get the answer to all the parts of the question and I still needed to email, to clarify how much.

I heard this said about a serious condition that cannot be diagnosed by 'phone.
Can GPs diagnose this over the phone? If not, we have no hope.
The other answered ...
No, but the Receptionist can.
