Marriage look up please

Isabella was b 1895 - James Southworth 1922 - 27yr age difference??

I think we are looking at the daughters marriage - not the mothers.  Daughter was b 1926

2 children born to the marriage 1949 & 1952.  Are they still alive?   Can they help with parental details for James?

Terrance born 1952 is deceased and it is believed James is also deceased

The on line catalogue for the Lancashire Records Office shows they hold the  Parish Records for St Aidans, Bamber Bridge, Preston

I cannot find either of the James Southworths born in 1922, both births registered in the December qtr in Preston. On the 1939 register

I have found a WWII medal card for a James Southworth, in the Durham Light Infantry, The Service Group Number is the same as the correct James Southworth's date of birth

You could ask the Records Office to do the look up for you but I think they charge but don't know how much.   
Unless somebody is going to LRO & is willing to look it up for you the alternative is to  buy the marriage cert which is £12.50.  Compare the cost with whatever the LRO charge & go for the cheapest
 
Another cheaper alternative is to download digital copies of both those 1922 birth certs and see which has the right birthdate.  It's a better way as it gives both parents names and a digital copy only costs £3 so total cost £6

If you are going to chase the parish record, Lancashire BMD shows the marriage at Preston, St Aidan - not Bamber Bridge St Aidan.
It’s hard to track the church down, but it seems to be ‘ evangelical C o E’, Elcho Street.
