What particular info are you looking for on the marriage cert?

Isabella was born 1895 as Topping.  There is no marriage to Hodgetts but the 1921 census shows her as Isabella Topping housekeeper to Joseph Edmund Hodgetts

Joseph was b 1887 Preston - here's a marriage for him & 1921 entry shows him as married

Marriages Mar 1913   Lancs BMD shows it was a civil marriage

2 children born to the marriage - 1913 & 1914

The 2 children on the 1921 are shown as Hodgetts but the boy Joseph's  birth was registered as Topping & Doris as Hodgetts mmn Topping

1939 - Mary Alice Hodgetts b 1886 is shown as married & only died in 1974

1939 - Joseph Hodgetts is shown as married but is living alone. He died 28.3.1962.  He left a will - probate via a firm of solicitors

I know James died 1980,
FreeBMD has only one James Southworth who died in 1980 and gives a date of birth as 24th September 1922

Unfortunately the General Register Office has two James Southworths born in 1922, both births registered in the December qtr in Preston

That one is in the 1939 Register in Lynn Place, Preston

Inferred parents James and Susannah. James senior is a general building contractors ganger.

He appears in 1939 war register with that dob. His parents are James & Susannah Williams.
