Rather than transcribing all the abbreviated Latin, this is the essence of it in translation ...

Israel Cantrell of the parish of North Wingfield had previously been excommunicated for failing to appear in church. He has now presented himself as ready to obey the church’s commands, and he requests absolution. After swearing the required oath, he is absolved by the Master. Israel then states that Thomas Cantrell, also of North Wingfield, deceased, had previously made a deed transferring his goods to Israel under certain conditions, and that he, Israel, is Thomas’ son. On this basis Israel has petitioned for letters of administration to distribute Thomas’ estate, according to the terms of the deed. After Israel provided suitable security and took the standard oath, the Master granted him letters of administration as requested.
