I just found the Robert Little who died in Victoria in 1884 with mother Mary Ann Darcy. He was born in 1883 so not our Robert. Thank you very much for looking.

According to Thom's Irish Almanac And Official Directory Of Ireland, 1868, he was still in Castledawson then. The entry indicates he gained his qualification in Edinburgh.

Can only see two Robert Little records at https://archiveandlibrary.rcsed.ac.uk/surgeon/3762786-robert-little and https://archiveandlibrary.rcsed.ac.uk/surgeon/3770451-robert-little.

The almanac entry does not indicate that Robert in Castledawson was a Fellow though. His entry reads:  M.R.C.S.E., L.R.C.P. Edin.

Edited to add:

This seems to have been the chap of the 1837 record https://ornaverum.org/family/little/little-robert-1819.html

It seems odd that Robert in Castledawson's qualifications don't seem to appear in the RCSE searches. It may be worth checking this out further with assistance from https://library.rcsed.ac.uk/services/historical-enquiries.

Yes it is hard to read re: marriage of David Ellis but it does say Margaret is a widow but is she really?
