She remarried in 1860 & became Mary Robson.

There doesn’t appear to be an online marriage image to confirm who this Mary Beckett married - you would need to obtain the marriage certificate to see whether she is the correct Mary Beckett

osprey Thank you for confirming the details of the 1843 marriage - that would confirm the 1822 baptism detail I posted (see reply 48) - Mary Barber dau of John Barber, grocer & Ann Foster

A shame the 1860 marriage is not online to confirm that Mary Beckett father's name 

gracol - the 1843 marriage osprey posted Mary Beckett occ servant residence Walkergate perhaps that might help you find her on the 1841 census

probably death entry for John  - Ann was a widow by 1861 (see census below) and living with her married daughter Jane

Ref reply 57,Ladyhawk-- the "challenge" to find Mary & Samuel,both in Walkergate ,in the 1841 census has beaten me ! Walkergate seems to be a district of Newcastle.
